M.I.L.K. WHEN YOU FEEL GOOD

One of the standout tracks from M.I.L.K.'s debut album, A Memory Of A Memory Of A Postcard is the glorious, summer banger ‘When You Feel Good’, which we first described upon hearing as “an infectious euphoria [with] his blend of indie synths and pop vocals.” Following the release of his first LP, Copenhagen artist M.I.L.K. (aka Emil Wilk) has co-directed his own postcard-worthy music video alongside Jonas Borg. Saturated in pastel colours lifted straight from M.I.L.K.’s own chalky sound, found footage is shown through four box television screens, taking us on a warm journey of Wilk’s personal life and mesmeric images. Associations with holidays are rife here, affirming our claim that ‘When You Feel Good’ is a song to see you through the summer. -HT
